“No More America First”: McCain SLAMS United States As Speech Goes Viral

John McCain

Ever since Senator John McCain (R-AZ) has been diagnosed with what may likely be terminal brain cancer, no one with a heart has wanted to attack the cantankerous old coot because it may be the illness talking.

Then again, McCain has been rather hateful towards all things not neocon for what seems like forever. Since he remains in Congress, sick or not, when he spouts out with some distasteful anti-American rhetoric like he did while speaking to the Naval Academy, it simply MUST be addressed.

The RINO from Arizona attacked President Trump’s prudent approach to making America great again by speaking against “America first” ideals.

He said, “We have gone from an interval when the global success of democracy seemed assured to a time in which the seductions of authoritarian rule find favor with many; when self-interested leadership excuses naked aggression with weak rationalizations; when ethnic grievances haunt the old and religious fanaticism fires the minds of the misguided young,” the Conservative Tribune reports. ‘

USNI News confirms that McCain has been speaking about how “hopeful atmosphere of 1991” when the Soviet Union fell and how he feels that “the current circumstances of our world” are not showing the fruits of that hope.

Even for “Songbird” McCain, this stands out as one of the most truly assinine statements that he has ever made. President Reagan was dealing with a Russian leadership that was willing to talk. Trump, on the other hand, is dealing with a Putin. That means that the analogy is closer to the situation that J.F.K. was in. As such, 1991’s policies would doom the U.S. in 2017!

We are asleep to the necessity of our leadership, and to the opportunities and real dangers of this world,” McCain opined. Again, what is he talking about? Pulling out of agreements that make us beholden to the people like those found in the Middle East is the VERY BEST THING for America to do. What the Arizona Republican is saying makes no sense.

He added, “We are asleep in our echo chambers, where our views are always affirmed and information that contradicts them is always fake. We are asleep in our polarized politics, which exaggerates our differences, looks for scapegoats instead of answers.”

Scapegoats?” Trump has called out our very real enemies, people like Saipov in New York, who deserve everything that the White House has said about them.

I believe in Americans. We’re capable of better. I’ve seen it,” said the bitter man who found out that America happily chose better than him every chance that they had to do so.

We’re hopeful, compassionate people. And we still have leaders who will uphold the values that made America great, and a beacon to the oppressed. But I don’t take that for granted. We have to fight. We have to fight against propaganda and crackpot conspiracy theories. We have to fight isolationism, protectionism, and nativism” McCain also said. To him, the things that made us great was globalism, the NWO, and the United Nations telling the U.S. when to jump and how hight, it appears.

Trying to sell the lie of Geroge W. Bush in the modern age, he also said, “that the American example and American leadership are indispensable to securing a peaceful and prosperous future. Our failure to remain engaged in Europe and enforce the hard-won peace of 1918 had made that clear. There could be no more isolationism, no more tired resignation — no more ‘America First.’”

That is right, Americans. No more of your best interests being taken care of if McCain gets his way. It is time to dive, instead, into everything that our founders like George Washington warned us about so that we can get into wars like WW1 again.

And to think, this man could have been our leader.
